David Hanley has played and coached lacrosse at both the High School and Collegiate level and officiated at the High School level. Prior to coming back to the game of lacrosse he served for over 28 years in the United States Navy. David holds a Master of Arts degree from the Naval War College, a Master of Science from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelor of Science from Springfield College, Massachusetts. He has multiple certifications as a coach and is an Adaptive Physical Education teacher with the Santa Rosa County School District. David and his wife Shahana are the proud parents of two children, Haas and Sova Hanley.

Alex Ruffini’s love for lacrosse started at Milton High School where he played from his sophomore year to his senior year. He received the 2018 JV Top Attackman award, 2019 Most Valuable Player and 2020 the Levi Hubley Award. He was Milton Panther’s team captain in 2020. During his Senior year, he was the team high scorer. He was also an inaugural member of Levi’s Lacrosse Club and still plays on the men’s club team. He is currently the Head Milton High School Junior Varsity Lacrosse Coach and runs the Varsity Substitution Box. He is enrolled at the University of West Florida studying finance.

Dawsen Castleberry was one of the first member’s of the2017 Levi’s Lacrosse Club and 2018 Milton Panthers inaugural season. He received the Varsity Most Improved award in 2017 and was Captain in 2018 where he also received the Top Attackman award. He is responsible for coaching the Offense for Levi’s Lacrosse Club and the Milton Panthers.

John Lucas has coached youth sports for over thirty years., coaching football, hockey, baseball, and lacrosse. John has over thirty-five years of law enforcement experience in his current profession and twenty years in the fire service. John has obtained numerous coaching and instruction certificates over
his career. John and his wife Amber have three children, Aidan, Kaitlyn and Leila that participate in numerous High School and youth sports.
